We are pleased to invite you to take part at the
IXth INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF YOUNG SCIENTISTS – Plovdiv 2022
on 14 – 15 July 2022,
ONLINE.
The main goal of the conference is to provide an opportunity for young scientists from different countries to gain experience and confidence in presenting scientific ideas and results to the academic community, as well as to conduct scientific discussions with Bulgarian and foreign scientists.

REGISTRATION
An abstract for an application for participation in the conference has to be submitted online by uploading it to the conference system: https://usb-young-scientists.org/
WORKING LANGUAGES
- English (main);
- Bulgarian (secondary);
- others (for philologists).
CONFERENCE FEE
Regular participation fee – 100 BGN/50 EUR.
Regular members of the USB – 80 BGN/40 EUR.
Young scientists, students, and PhD students – 60 BGN/30 EUR.
Participants from Ukraine do not pay a fee.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
The fee covers the publication of one paper with a maximum length of 4 pages. There is an extra charge of 10 BGN/5 EUR for any additional page. One paper cannot exceed 6 pages.
The fee for a second paper is reduced by 20 BGN/10 EUR. The conference proceedings will be published on the conference’s site. The printed copy will cost 20 BGN/10 EUR.
One participant can be a co-author in no more than 3 papers.

AWARDS
The best reports and poster presentations from each section will be awarded and given a certificate.

Applications received after 1 July 2022 will not be accepted.
CONFERENCE CONTRIBUTION
Plenary talk: 30 min.
Oral presentation: 15 min.
Poster: poster session
PROCEEDINGS
All reports will be reviewed.
The reports with positive reviews will be published in Scientific Papers of USB – Plovdiv, which are included in the National Reference List of Contemporary Bulgarian Peer-reviewed Scientific Publications.
Only reports for which a participation fee has been paid within the specified period and which were presented on the day of the conference will be published.
