XIth INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF YOUNG SCIENTISTS – Plovdiv 2026
on 18 – 21 June 2026,

The main goal of the conference is to provide an opportunity for young scientists from different countries to gain experience and confidence in presenting scientific ideas and results to the academic community, as well as to conduct scientific discussions with Bulgarian and foreign scientists.

CONFERENCE FEE
EARLY REGISTRATION
Non-members of Union of Scientists in Bulgaria (USB) – 70 EUR
Members of USB – 60 EUR
Students and PhD students – 45 EUR
LATE REGISTRATION
Non-members of USB – 90 EUR
Members of USB – 80 EUR
Students and PhD students – 65 EUR
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
The fee covers the publication of one paper with a maximum length of 6 pages. A paper may not exceed 8 pages. There is an extra charge of 10 EUR for any additional page. To verify the status of a full-time student or doctoral candidate, documentary evidence in hard copy is required.
The fee for a second paper is reduced by 10 EUR. The conference proceedings will be published on the conference’s site. The printed copy will cost 15 EUR.
One participant can be a co-author in no more than 3 papers.

AWARDS
The best reports and poster presentations from each section will be awarded and given a certificate.

1 May 2026 – 31 May 2026 – Abstract submission.
15 June 2026 – Payment of the conference fee.31 July 2026 – Submission of the full text of the paper for publication.
* Participation requests received between 01.06.2026 and 10.06.2026 will be accepted but may not be included in the preliminary program. Applications received after 10.07.2026 will not be accepted and will not be included in the conference program.
CONFERENCE CONTRIBUTION
Plenary talk: 30 min.
Oral presentation: 15 min.
Poster: 5-7 min. /80 x 100 cm/
PROCEEDINGS
All reports will be reviewed.
The reports with positive reviews will be published in Scientific Papers of USB – Plovdiv, which are included in the National Reference List of Contemporary Bulgarian Peer-reviewed Scientific Publications.
Only reports for which a participation fee has been paid within the specified period and which were presented on the day of the conference will be published.
